Welcome to Community Papers of New England

Dear fellow publishers,

Wouldn’t it be nice to invite your customers to Mohegan Sun to business building seminar? Well you can and it won’t cost you anything. Community Papers of New England is pleased to invite you, your staff and your customers to two training sessions. Tim Smith will be present Great Customer Servicefrom 9AM-12PM, then we’ll break for lunch. The afternoon session (1PM-4PM) is “Effective Time Management . We’re holding it At Mohegan Sun on September 13, 2011 from 9AM – 4PM.

We need to offer our customers more than just great results. We need to offer training on how to treat our readers when they respond to our ads. Our customers want to improve their businesses and often haven’t a clue. They frequently do not belong to a trade association that offers training or proven techniques that work. You are fortunate to belong to this association that provides training, networking and answers from people in your industry who are usually not your competitor. We’re now opening up this meeting to your clients.

Tim Smith is a dynamic speaker. Many of our members have employed his services in their hometowns and their advertisers were extremely grateful and often increased their advertising budgets. Tim is not going to sell your paper. He’s not going to suggest that great customer service starts with an advertising campaign. He’s going to offer suggestions that your clients can implement to make their businesses more successful.

This could over come the most common objection we face today...”I’d love to advertise
but I don’t have the money.” The seminar is free to attend. Lunch is offered at the subsidized price of $25 per person. Invite your sales staff, bring your clients. The more people attending, the more ideas. Rooms are available the at the reduced rate of $149 including the facility fee. The room block closes September 7th.

We ask that you publicize the seminar in your papers ( a sample ad will be emailed to you). We will notify you by email of the respondents from your paper.
